[lit-ideas] : Mexican protesting_ something illegal for free

here's my proposal to the Government Of Corrupt mexico,
for every " Illegal Immagrant we allow a guess worker visa, and or, we grant
amnesty, The Mexican Country has to allow an American Citizen to purchase , (1)
one acre of land. so if the United States grants 12 million Illegal Immagrants
amnesty, the Mexican County has to grant 12 million acres of land to be bought
by american Citizens!
Is that fair?
