I've just watched footytube's version of Italy vs France. The sooner
the Italians get knocked out, the better. The "penalty" came when
Toni decided that he hadn't sufficient control of the ball to score;
the contact was not sufficient to cause a ten year old to fall. The
free kick which led to the goal is similar. Throughout the game
beaten Italians fell, realized they hadn't managed to get a free
kick, bounced back up again. They're the South Americans of Europe.
Show them the road home.
Nice goals by the Dutch "B" team. Van Persie's top goals are worth
watching:
