Many on the left would say that certain motivations are evil in the sense of being far removed from the correct or right action. Nobody, I suspect would willingly denote the supernatural element.

I think Georgie boy DOES willingly denote "the supernatural element" when he says "evil-doers". He's a man of god doncha know! He can't confuse words like evil, sin, good, bless with anything secular. He actually MEANS 'evil' in that oogie-boogie way that the Priests try to scare kiddies with it.
