This isn't something she wrote, but rather Voorhoeve's record of what she said. Nowhere in it does she mention 'the grammar of good.'

As Grice died in 1988, it would seem miraculous that he could love something recorded in 2003, and published in 2009. But Grice could certainly overcome such a flimsy obstacle.
