I don't eat red meat or poultry, but I eat fish. I don't eat red meat or poultry because I don't like it - the smell, the taste, and expecially the texture (it's just too chewy-fleshy tasting). So I certainly would not eat vat grown steak, unless it didn't have the smell, taste, or texture of steak, in which case it wouldn't be steak and then, only then, would I consider eating it.
