By the government? Of course. They have technology that can shoot a
focused beam of energy particles which disrupts just the heart. There

Ask yourself this: Why was is it so important that the Space Shuttle
Discovery be launched? Why did NASA ignore the safety dangers? All you
need to know is that shortly after Discovery went into orbit, Ken Lay
had his 'massive coronary'. Obviously they launched a satellite weapon
with this technology. No doubt Lay, who was on 'vacation', was about to
or perhaps even beginning to talk and the government couldn't allow it.
Therefore they had to kill him.
