Isn't Bryn Terfel also one of yours, Judy?
Fairways supermarket on Broadway displayed a large photo of
baritone Terfel wearing a Brobdingnagian prosthetic paunch
for his Falstaff. The sign was intended to encourage
shoppers not to overeat, but someone must have complained,
because Fairways added a long disclaimer to the sign
indicating its respect for Terfel.
