>>A-mer-ica is good, but some of our allies were bad and that’s why they didn’t support us against Saddam. Look up “Oil for Food Scandal.”

Lawrence,

Yes, no sense denying it. A-mer-ica is good. Some allies naughty. Many parts of world, bad. Some parts of world, real bad. It's that simple.

Now internally, of course, with respect to domestic issues (who's president, what their policies are, who votes for what) there is a wide range of good, bad, evil, honest, stupid, smart, caring, arrogant, benevolent, felon, etc.

But as far as the international scene, A-mer-ica is good. Some allies good. Some allies naughty. Many parts of world, bad. Some parts of world, real bad.

People from other countries seldom understand this, but it's not their fault that they're from other countries. And some Americans don't understand this because they live in the West or don't get out much, but it's not really their fault; they just think they live in another country and shouldn't be blamed.

Smiling too much,
Eric
