I'll knock it off, but that won't change anything, especially that they
don't regret what they did in Nan King whatsoever.  Not only not regret it,
but they call it a misunderstanding.  That is not pacifist.  The streak of
militarism and superiority in the Japanese hasn't changed at all.  The only
thing they don't have are guns.  That's our job.  Just an opinion, but I'll
bet if they were allowed to have arm as a nation, they'd start having
babies real quick to build up an army.  It would spring them to life. 
That's just an opinion.
