And, according to Andreas, going according to plan. Andreas needs to
get his facts in line with his conspiracy theories. If the plan is to
keep Iraq in catastrophic condition, then the Bush administration has,
on Andreas' account, achieved its goal and content to keep things as
they are. If the Bush administration is trying to fix Iraq but botching
the job, then the plan can't be to keep Iraq in chaos. Not that
conspiracy theorists are known for consistency but a modicum of it would
be nice.
