Why did you add the emphasis? Did you think we're not aware of the suicide
bombers? Did you think we'd be shocked to learn of such and see the wisdom of
Berman's point?

>>"Iran's ayotollahs were perfectly position to play that role. Over the

In contrast to the United States that has been at war somewhere with someone
either actively or by proxy every year since the Cold War.

>>Iran's Supreme Leader, the Ayatollah Ali Khameinei, is himself reportedly the
>>product of the Kremlin's premier finishing school for third-world radicals,
>>the notorious Patrice Lumumba University in Moscow.<<

In contrast to the United States which trained right wing governments and
paramilitary death squads at the School of the Americas.

>>As part of this process, the Iranian regime also earmarked half a billion
>>dollars for insurgency operations world wide.<<

In contrast to the United States whose military budget is $400,000,000,000.00 a
year, not including wars.

Sorry, Lawrence, you have yet to impress me with anything you've sent over the
transom. Iran is no worse than we are. But they're just as stupid. Thank God
they're no substantial threat to us -- well, not unless they cut us off from
their oil. That would be scary. We went into Iraq to stabilize our supply of
oil, now look what a mess we're in. Iraq oil production is less than when we
invaded -- 3 years ago. Venezuela hates our guts now and if Iran shuts us off,
then all bets are off. Who knows how long the Saudis can forestall the coming
revolution there. I guess, by golly, we'll have to go drilling in ANWR then.
Scoop up enough oil to fuel the planes to bomb Teheran. Eh?
