Wake up and smell the decaf no-fat mint mocha grande chai.
A friend is an Indian software developer in Bombay. He has a personal driver. His chauffeur takes him to work, sits in the car all day, and drives him back. Whoops. There's a speck of dust on the car. Does the driver dust off the car? Nope. That's the car washer's job. He pays the car washer $20/month to wash the car. Daily. Yes, every morning, he gets into his hand-washed and hand-dried car.
And then there's the maid, the cook, and the rest of his staff.
That's middle class in India. That would be the ultra rich in the USA.
