Yes, but they owe a lot, talking of whom, the Duke of Edinburgh and his  
family. Again, I was reading in A. Holden, "The Tarnished Crown":
 
"[Richard] Branston [founder of Virgin Atlantic airlines] found support  from 
a perhaps unexpected quarter, the vice industry. 'The Queen does a great  job 
of attracting tourists to Britain,' said Janet, a hooker in London's
