While the theft of the W-88 technology took place during the Reagan Administration, the author argues that the collection efforts to correct implementation problems Chinese scientists encountered have been ongoing. Piling the theft of the W-88 onto Clinton's plate is disingenuous and adds to the reader's awareness that Gertz has a broader, "conservative" agenda, but his contention that the Administration is aware of ongoing collection efforts seems irrefutable. A.A. Eric, if any of this is true, then it's our country, not Clinton, that has failed. Is this not a chilling thought that Clinton got away with such treachery and nobody even noticed. If you are so convinced there is something here, you would do well to sell any Treasury bonds you might have and move to Canada or Sweden as fast as possible. Or to Montana and join a militia and get a real club for your Hate Club.
