The question was whether anti-humanism is a number game or an attitude. If it's an attitude, then the suicide probably trumps the mass murderer, since the mass murderer believes he or she works to further a particular kind of human life.

If it's a number game, then the so-called "natural world" is probably the top anti-humanist -- killing myriad humans since the Pleistocene through plagues and diseases, parasites, predator-prey relationships, earthquakes, volcanoes, wildfires, droughts, tsunamis, mudslides, adverse climate, lightning strikes, meteor impacts ... down all the millennia to the impending Global Warming catastrophes and beyond.
