Here is the article I read this morning (but I see that it was actually published on the 28th). I read on my iPhone in the morning (standing in the kitchen with my coffee) and this was probably under 'popular' in the New York Times app.

Looking again at the Times just now, I see that Sibelius has already acted to close the loophole (or at least not let them through).

Hope that helps,

And, just this morning, I read somewhere that the insurance companies have found a teeny loophole (you should have seen the unseemly scramble to scramble through) that allows them to get out of covering pre-existing conditions in children by just refusing to cover them at all. The government can't make them sell policies to all comers until 2014 (or something). Deformed, indeed.
Ursula, could you give a more definite reference? (The new law is complex enough as it is.)

Maybe this is relevant.

Thanks.
