Certainly not justified. They can't be tortured, beaten, injected with
drugs, or put under pressure.
All of these soldiers and officers could have their careers ruined.
If the stories of the prisoners match, it'll be a problem. They can very
likely bring lawsuits against the USA. Other countries will begin to
pressure the USA to release their citizens.
