Past midnight in Memphis? Not hardly It is now 10:50 pm Central Daylight
time (even though it's nighttime) right now in Memphis. I should be asleep
even though I don't have to get up until 4:30 in the afternoon when
I go milk the cows and gather the eggs in the hen house. I've trained my
livestock to follow my schedule. Life is sweet.

I should have read the SEP, before I replied to Lawrence, a few hours ago.
Part of the SEP's Hume section does talk about the constant uneasiness of
those who merely opposed, or openly spoke against, the theists' beliefs or
doctrine.
The SEP's Hume section is all worthwhile. 'Was Hume an atheist?' is one of
its most intriguing questions.
