I want to clarify that a crowning achievement of the 20th century was in fact the green revolution, of which we are the beneficiaries. We have cheap, plentiful food as a result of it. Is it perfect? No. Is it downright harmful in terms of the fast food aspect of it? Yes. But we can make choices. The bottom line is, it's food as the world has never known it, in qualityor in quantity.
