[lit-ideas] Re: Filling in the Blanks: Lit-Ideas: A Survey

'Tis indeed accurately characterized as a "political" statement. But its truth
ends there. For, as a political statement, it possesses neither moral worth nor
epistemic justifiability. Dave, Adam and Liz are not wholly happy with my
assessment, if truth be told, but they're too busy at present hunting for
German "Kinder Surprise" easter eggs to mount any kind of cognitively sound
riposte.

Dave is having all sorts of difficulties putting together the toy lodged in the
centre of the egg. Definitely too much passion, not enuff rationality. Adam
insists on relying on his sentiments and so he's getting nowhere fast. Liz, as
per her wont, believes Easter is a mistake and thus refuses to attempt putting
her toy together.

Happy Holidays to one and all from the deep freeze of the Canadian Arctic. (I
wish to emphasize the "Canadian" dimension here, lest anyone think my Russian
heritage may unduly influence my views on these matters. It belongs to US.
Labrador is a different question, of course.)
