Phil, and Mike, I suspect you didn't read Marcia Angell's book. It's really worth a look. It's called The Truth About the Drug Companies: How They Deceive Us and What You Can Do About It. Literally, they create the laws that pertain to them. If that's not nationalized, what is? Her solutions will have most people thrown out of doctors' offices and that's all. One thing that helps big pharma is people thinking they're so good. It makes the climate more pleasant for them, it's why they advertise. People simply don't know what's going on. Not that it'll make any difference to pharma, but at least people will know they're being lied to, for what that's worth. ------------------------------------------------------------------ To change your Lit-Ideas settings (subscribe/unsub, vacation on/off, digest on/off), visit www.andreas.com/faq-lit-ideas.html
