Actually, I take that back. I don't know if it was illegal as such. It
wasn't so much that it was illegal as it was fantasy in action. Immoral,
definitely, and probably illegal or he wouldn't have been convicted except
on fraud and some variation of insider trading. I didn't follow the trial.
