It just occurred to me that your caption said this is an evil bird in Israel.
What does that mean? Sort of like black cats are evil in this country? That
makes for a lot of brutality toward animals. Can you tell us why this little
bird is evil? (We once found a tiny kitten, all back, about 5 or 6 weeks old,
on one of our walks. She came toddling out, meowing out of the brush. I
carried her all the way home, she meowed every inch of the way, and she was the
sweetest cat I ever had. I live on a quiet street but Cinders (Cindy) got hit
by a car anyway. It took me a long time to get over that cat. The cat I have
now has never been outside.) Anyway, any idea why a bird might be evil, and do
people take pains to rid themselves of it? Do they shudder when they see it?
Make a Star of David sign (you know, like cross themselves?)
