The Wall Street Journal, Fortune Magazine, and others all participated in this fraud. They should have known better; yet they applauded Enron and gave it a string of awards.

An appalling failure in journalism.

The Wall Street Journal refused to admit their error, in fact, they continued to argue that Lay was innocent of the charges.

Anybody see the movie Fun With Dick and Jane? That's what happened to the
ordinary people of Enron.

Yes, the movie is a satire of Enron. It's also a very funny movie.
