Hopefully I'll be able to finish Arendt's book on Eichmann before getting
distracted by some other book, but in the meantime there is a burning
question that needs to be asked. What was J. L. Speranza's roll in regard
to the protecting of Adolf Eichmann in Argentina?

We'll try to get to the bottom of that issue after his trial for
over-volubility is completed. I should warn him, with his current trial
forming a precedent, that innocence is no excuse. We know as of page 31 in
Arendt's book that Eichmann's trial began in 1961; so Eichmann's kidnapping
from Argentina must have occurred in 1960 or 1961; so be prepared to
explain, J.L., your activities as they pertain to the harboring of Adolf
Eichmann during the period 1945 to 1961.
