Breakfast does not emerge; it is a gentle stretching exercise, a ritual not
unlike Tai Chi wherin we prepare body and brain for a day’s noise and fuss.
This is why the suggestion of breakfast in a restaurant or other clattering
place is an abomination unto Nuggan, as one (possibly more; I’ve only read one)
of Terry Pratchett’s novels so aptly put the matter.
