I'm wondering about first impressions--y'know,
Where were you when you first heard of Cheney's
shooting accident, and what was your first reaction?
Where I grew up, they closed school the first day
of deer season. Everyone owns guns there. (I have
a whole bunch of guns there, locked away with
friends and family. Guns I was given; guns I
inherited.) People there were always shooting each
other by accident. Too many hunters in too small a
space. Sometimes even archers would hit other archers.
Made me wonder what deer season will be like when
hunters have laser rifles....
