110 gr butter
250 gr digestive biscuits or crackers (you choose)

Cruch the crackers (or biscuits) and mash in the butter. Squezze the mix
out in a cake tin. Chill.

1 pc lemon jelly or jell-o (stir out in only 2,5 dl of boiling water and
put it in the fridge to set)
250 gr plain cream cheese (no flavours or spices)
110 gr icing sugar
1 ts vanilla sugar
1/4 l sour cream
1/4 l double cream

Whip the cream, add semi-set jell-o (or jelly) and cheese and pour into
the base.

Decorate with fruit and chill.
