Today we heard that
--- road traffic deaths fell to a record low, and 17% below 2009
(but, motoring and safety groups said, government cuts mean the trend of
falling casualties is under threat)
-- government's announced it's raising the motorway speed limit...
(some time/sometime, I don't know a rule, sorry)
