The Netherlands, Ukraine, and Poland are also leaving.

Gone are: Spain (1,300 soldiers) , Tonga (44), New Zealand (60), Thailand
(423),
Phillippines (51), Honduras (370), Dominican Republic (302), Singapore (160),
Nicaragua
(115), Hungary (300), Portugal (127), Moldova (12), and Norway (150).

The second-largest country in Iraq is the UK.

But they're not the second-largest group. The #2 largest group are the
mercenaries.

Many of those smaller countries were in Iraq because the USA made huge cash
rewards or
forgave loans (thus the name "Coalition of the Billing"). To avoid incidents,
those
Coalition soldiers were kept in safe areas and protected from harm.
