What a comfort. I thought I was the only one to go to bed at 5:00 a.m. after a somewhat healthy "supper". Of course, going to bed at that hour doesn't make for a 7:00 a.m. wake-up call. If only the rest of society could get in step with my wake/sleep schedule.
