I wanted to say that if anyone wants to see the end of Western
Civilization, they should follow the prescriptions set out in the movie
Paul reviewed.
What prescriptions? There were no prescriptions. It was just purely a
demonstration -- with the emphasis on 'demon' -- of how these people really
think. There are hundreds of millions of people who want to kill you Andy.
They want to treat you like a beast. They want to rid the earth of you. How
is a person supposed to react to that kind of revelation? "Yeah, Yeah,
whatever." "Oh, you mean they tried to kill another 4000 of us this
morning? No worries!"
There was no prescription in this movie. I merely editorialized about what
I THOUGHT might need to be done. Of course there are problems with any
solution, but I'm [seriously] afraid 'talking' or 'making friends' to/with
them is evidently OUT of the question.
And let me be perfectly clear about this... I don't think this is just a
Middle Eastern problem anymore. This is NOT just about Israel's right to
exist or the muslim's offense at such an existence -- that's its own kettle
of fish that will never stop boiling. This is about them killing everyone
else in the world simply for not thinking like them. I'm not advocating
killing people for ideological differences, I'm advocating swift killing of
those who have threatened me with extermination and have the power to
actually attempt such murder, JUST and only because I'm an 'infidel". That
is called self-defense.
I've never advocated, nor will I ever support killing a mass of people just
because of who/what they are. It's their overt actions, attempted murders
and constant threatening rhetoric I'm looking at. What ELSE could "death to
America" mean, than, well "death to America". Well, I say back "death to
anyone who actually believes -- and more importantly, is willing to carry
out actions to ensure it happens -- that all of America should be killed
just for being there."
