not all of us/you know our/your idiots are malign; and only if
you define "Islamist" as "one who does not know his/her "idiots" are "evil"
can you say islamists don't.

I do. I'm talking about the people who've swallowed the kool-aid. They wouldn't drink if they thought it was evil. Unless they were collectively insane -- hmmm... maybe that's it.
