I was in Canada recently and liked it. However, you
Canadians pay far too much for books. I was in a used
bookstore a little while ago. It was a good bookstore.
Looked at some Munro and Vollman titles, paperback
collections, and saw -- Gottlob Frege! -- the used Canadian
price, adjusted for dollars, was more than the price of a
brand new copy stateside. Of course, I've seen those
"Canadian price" entries on book jackets. Didn't do the
connect however until recently.
Horton's coffee is great though.
