OPPS. Mistake in prior message: A wide assortment of contractors in several
states gave me the average price of US$ 50.00 per cubic yard of concrete. I
miswrote US$150.

US$150 per yard, and $166 of concrete has been replaced with less than $10
worth of concrete, suddenly using very expensive strengthing materials in small
quantities. Some carbon fiber ties and rebars suddenly become an affordable
detail, and still the cost is lower.
