[liblouis-liblouisxml] italian Braille table

Hi,
this is my first message.
I'm writing because I know that the various braille tables of liblouis are
included into new snapshots of NVDA.Since for the italian people there is
only a table with 6 dots braille, we have made a new table.
This table reflects as more as possible the euro_unicode table that is used
in jaws for windows. This is the most used table in italian.
If you want to give a look and, if possible, include it in the liblouis
distributions, it would be great.
