Hello,I just tried compiling my python bindings for windows, just as a proof that it can be done not for a package as I am uncertain how best to do it and it may be best to wait until inclusion in liblouisxml. Anyway it raised some issues I hadn't noticed originally, they aren't just windows issues and are critical. The main issue was that it would only work with liblouisxml compiled with an ucs2 liblouis, I have fixed it. There were smaller issues, mainly because I used another project's setup script as the base for this package and had missed the classifiers, they didn't relate to liblouisxml, again changed now.
I have released it as louisxml 1.1. This can be found again at the python package index http://pypi.python.org/pypi/louisxml.
The good news as well as fixing those errors, it compiles on windows, now just to work out how it should be packaged as a windows binary.
