If, as you say, these tables come from other sources then it'd be highly
unlikely for one to exist externally for UEB.
I'm not sure what the right answer is, but one should be able to use
en-ueb-g2.ctb and have the "pre" prefix work. I guess the official maintainer
of en-ueb-g2.ctb wuold need to make a decision on this. Users shouldn't need to
know that they ought to be including something else.
