There is an "edit" button after the title on the web interface (

I use lynx so that won't work.
It looks like it can be done through the API as well, but never tried that (
https://developer.github.com/v3/issues/#edit-an-issue).
I'm not sure how to easily send that data, and it also says I need push
permission (which I don't have).
I guess I was getting too tired as I realize I made another error. Pull request
844 is missing a commit which is needed but it's not letting me create a new
pull request for that branch to include it while one is already pending.
