2. Do they have resources for learning LibLouis [easy read].
There is the manual (

which has a section on how to write new tables

If you have any questions not covered by the manual let us know on this
list.
3. If we have only budget to cover flight and accommodation do you
know where we could asking for volunteer to help us developing Lao
braille with the LibLouis.
Probably on this list.
4. Lao’s word and Thai’s words we are writing with no space. It always
have a problems on this point like in the DBT. Now in the LibLouis
does it has some solution?
That I don't know. We'd have to look at this in detail.
5. Could you estimated for the time to developing Lao braille table?
That is hard to say without any knowledge of Lao. But generally
developing tables should not be that hard. Although you should probably
ask someone with more experience.
