I personally think it is useful to use an issue tracker. Ken, you should go ahead and add these issues. Mesar and Joseph might look at them and John if the issue is forwarded to the list. People have different styles of working. If you want results try to make it work for all people involved. In the past I found it effective to actually demonstrate a bug in a test case. That made it easier for John or me to track the bug. So by all means please use the issue tracker. Just don't expect it to be a magic bullet. But I agree that it is better than having to sift through old mails.
