This is a fix for http://code.google.com/p/liblouisxml/issues/detail?id=3
The problem is: if insertWidechars return 0 because of out buffer overflow
we should dump the out buffer at once. Or we will enter an infinite loop.
I am not sure whether we should do the same thing before 'return 0'.
