You don't want liblouisxml. It has been superceded by liblouisutdml. We
certainly should have an exe setup file that would install liblouis, the tools,
and liblouisutdml .

I know that Brailleblaster is there, but that doesn't work wel with 
Jaws or NVDA. It doesn't work anyway! I can't set my embosser and so on!
