[liblouis-liblouisxml] Installing Liblouis on Windows 10

Hello,
Can anybody help to install Liblouis, LibluisXML and LiblouisUTDML on Windows 

10?
Or can anybody give me an exe-installer?
I know that Brailleblaster is there, but that doesn't work wel with Jaws or
NVDA. It doesn't work anyway! I can't set my embosser and so on!
So hopeful anyone can help me soon!
