Anders, 

Now you're in luck. Go to http://www.brailleblaster.org and follow the 
link that says "get BrailleBlaster". Read the download instructions, 
download the 64-bit Windows version, etc. Read the file 
getting-started.txt. If you have questions post them to the list.
