[liblouis-liblouisxml] Hyphenation tables for the Norwegian language

Attached, please find new hyphenation tables for the Norwegian language
"bokmål" and "nynorsk". They are grabbed from the packages hyphen-nb and
hyphen-nn, version 2.1. They works much, much better than they we had
previously.

Please replace the old with the attached tables.
