Hi Bue,
My letter will be long. If anybody doesn't interesting this thread, feel
free to jump this letter.
In Ubuntu the libreoffice spell checker and other dictionaries packaged
under the libreoffice-dictionaries source package.
For example, in this source package the dictionaries/hu_HU directory
containing following.dic files:
hu_HU.dic: spell checker dictionari file
hyph_hu_HU.dic: hyphenation dictionary.
When I think in 2012 year I putted the hyph_hu_HU.dic table from
Openoffice.org to the Liblouis tables directory, this file doesn't
contained any licensing block, similar with other languages hyphenation
tables.
Now, the hyph_hu_HU.dic file containing following part:
"UTF-8

Very interesting the situation, because for example in the
dictionaries/en directory the hyph_en_US.dic file doesn't containing any
licensing block.
A possible solution, without Liblouis need direct shipping the
hyphenation tables:
In Ubuntu, possible other distros too if any hyphenation dictionaries
package installed for Libre Office, the hyphenation dictionaries landed
the /usr/share/hyphen directory.
In Ubuntu 14.04 this directory containing 17 hyphenation dictionaryes
tables, Liblouis shyps with 16 hyphenation tables.
Only following hyphenation tables containing licensing informations the
/usr/share/hyphen directory:
hyph_hu_HU.dic: copyed previous the licensing block.
When Liblouis is installed, need creating for example with following
simbolic link if this is possible in Linux environment:
ln -s /usr/share/hyphen/* prefix/share/liblouis/tables
I tryed a thing:
1. Deleted from the hyph_hu_HU.dic file my /usr/share/liblouis/tables
directory.
2. Created with following simbolic link:
ln -s /usr/share/hyphen/hyph_hu_HU.dic /usr/share/liblouis/tables
3. In tests directory ran following command:
lou_checkyaml hu-hu-g1-hyph_harness.yaml command.
The tester utility right seeing the hyph_hu_HU.dic table and right using
this table.
I don't no other platforms possible using a similar solution (Windows,
OSX, stb).
But, have an advantage if possible using this solution:
If Libreoffice developers extending hyphenation tables with new words,
Liblouis seeing the change when the user upgrading Libreoffice with the
newest version.
Othervise, if this solution is not possible, table maintainers always
need looking what changed the proper language hyphenation tables and
syncing this changes before new Liblouis stable release publication.
