[liblouis-liblouisxml] Fix for <brl> element with wrong text

The template.xml file which Brandon sent to me last week now translates
correctly. I changed the class of the ENDSEGMENT indicator from space to
punctuation. This prevents words like to and by and also combinations
like "and the" from deleting it.
