Lars,

I take it that you want to use double spacing in only part of a 
document. What happens if the document would ordinarily contain a blank 
line? Should three or four blank lines, etc. be generated?

Could you give some examples of escape sequences that might be sent to 
an embosser and when they should be sent? This may be possible now.
