Only liblouisxml.la is created (no liblouisxml.dll or liblouisxml.a).

Michel,
I'm no expert in autotools, but in looking at the file make.lst which
you attached I see the message "Input file unused because no linking
done." Is liblouisxml.dll created? how about liblouisxml.la or
liblouisxml.a ? Unfortunately I can't build the binary because my
Windows vista installation refuses to run make even in administrative
mode. I hope Windows 7 is less stubborn or pigheaded.
